Hospital Education Service (HES) provides teaching for young people who can't attend school due to significant health needs.
We provide access to a suitable and flexible education that's appropriate to their needs.
HES teaching staff are employed by Glasgow City Council (Education). Our work takes place over two sites:
- Royal Hospital for Children (Queen Elizabeth University Hospital)
- Stobhill School, Skye House (Stobhill Hospital)
Hospital Education Service is part of Glasgow Virtual School.
