The Hospital Education Service (HES) provides education for young people unable to attend school due to significant health needs.
We provide access to suitable and flexible education appropriate to their needs.
HES teaching staff are employed by Glasgow City Council Education Department. Our work takes place over two sites:
- Royal Hospital for Children (Queen Elizabeth University Hospital)
- Stobhill School, Skye House (Stobhill Hospital)
